Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Civil Foreman to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on construction experience, and the ability to coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily civil construction activities in office.
Lead and manage construction crews to ensure productivity and quality.
Interpret construction drawings and execute work according to project specifications.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor work progress and ensure project milestones are achieved.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
Plan and allocate labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.




Conduct site inspections and resolve construction issues promptly.
Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, and progress updates.
Ensure proper housekeeping and secure working conditions on-site.

Qualifications
Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
5+ years of experience in civil construction as a Foreman.
Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
