Position: Visa Counselor
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹27,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Counsel clients regarding Study, Tourist, Visitor, Work, and PR visa programs.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable immigration solutions.
Explain visa eligibility, documentation, timelines, and application procedures.
Follow up with prospective clients through calls.
Convert inquiries into successful admissions and visa applications.
Coordinate with the documentation and processing team to ensure timely file submission.
Maintain client records and update CRM/software regularly.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets while providing excellent customer service.

Required Skills
6 months to 2 years of experience in visa counseling or immigration consulting.




Strong communication, counseling, and convincing skills.
Excellent client handling and relationship management abilities.
Target-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
Basic knowledge of visa documentation and immigration processes.
Good computer skills (MS Office and CRM knowledge preferred).
