Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Loan Sales Telecaller to promote and sell loan products over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to build customer relationships, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
Explain loan products, features, eligibility, and perks.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.
Generate and qualify leads for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, or Loan Against Property.
Follow up with interested customers until loan application submission.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate (preferred).
0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or loan sales.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
Basic knowledge of banking and financial products is an advantage.
