Responsbilities -:
Process Design of part (Control Plan).
Part development & feasibility analysis .
Special gauges & standard gauges design.
Jig & fixture design for CNC, VMC, and broaching machines.
Preparation of PPAP documents like APQP, PFMEA.
Maintain updated Process records, engineering documents.
Track progress of activities like prototype manufacturing, tool readiness, fixture development.
Preparation of machining costing from forging to finished component.
Cost estimation for turning, machining, broaching, and related manufacturing operations.
Manufacturing Knowledge: Process Planning, Fixture Design, Gauge Design, Feasibility Study.
preparing Control Plans, PFDs, forging and blank drawings for Crown Wheel & Pinion (CWP) and transmission components.

Education -:
Diploma/B.Tech Mechanical Engineering.
candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience can apply.

Software Skills -:
AutoCAD
SolidWorks
Engineering Drawing
GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
2D & 3D Modeling

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
