We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. If you're passionate about sales, client acquisition, and building long-term business relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through online and offline channels.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing and IT solutions.
Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and business pitches.
Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals effectively.
Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports.
Conduct follow-ups with leads and nurture long-term client relationships.

Requirements




Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition, preferably in the Digital Marketing or IT industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Solid interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation tools is an added advantage.
