We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Executive to manage customer collections, maintain accurate receivable records, reconcile customer accounts, and ensure timely receipt of payments.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and share customer invoices and account statements.
Follow up with customers for timely collections.
Record and reconcile customer payments.
Monitor outstanding receivables and prepare aging reports.
Resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with customers and internal teams.
Maintain accurate customer ledger accounts and documentation.
Assist in month-end closing and MIS reporting.

Requirements
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance).
1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
Positive knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.




Strong analytical, communication, and follow-up skills.
Experience in FMCG or Dairy industry is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
