About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Agent with at least 1 year of experience in residential real estate sales. The candidate must have worked with channel partners and possess solid sales, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell residential real estate projects to prospective buyers.
Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into successful sales.
Coordinate with developers, and internal teams for smooth deal closures.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills




Minimum 1 year of experience in residential real estate sales (Mandatory).
Prior experience working with channel partners/brokers is mandatory.
Strong understanding of residential real estate market trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain qualified relationships.
Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of sales achievement.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Experience in primary residential sales will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
