Performance Marketing Executive – Lead Generation.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to own and optimize digital lead-generation engine across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. The role is focused on driving qualified leads for modular kitchens, wardrobes, furnishing, and other interior and home solution services through structured performance campaigns, funnel-based journeys, and rigorous analytics.

The selected candidate will work directly with the Founder / Marketing Head and play a key role in scaling a premium home interiors brand.

Must-Have Qualifications and Skills
2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a robust focus on lead generation.
Proven experience running and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads with transparent CPL and lead targets.
Solid understanding of marketing funnels, attribution basics,



landing page conversion principles, and lead quality optimization.
Ability to manage budgets efficiently and prioritize campaigns based on performance.
Strong analytical mindset with comfort in reading dashboards, metrics, and performance reports.
Basic understanding of B2C or B2B marketing and service-based businesses; experience in interior, home services, real estate, or related sectors is a plus.
Working knowledge of pixel tracking, UTM tracking, and basic conversion measurement.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
