Job Title: Production Manager – Green Sand Foundry

Job Summary:

Responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring all green sand foundry operations to achieve production targets while ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and achieve daily production targets.
Oversee sand plant, moulding, core making, melting, pouring, knockout, and fettling operations.
Ensure compliance with quality, process, and safety standards.
Monitor productivity, rejection, yield, and downtime.
Optimize manpower, machines, and material utilization.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Stores.
Drive Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Analyze production reports and implement corrective actions.
Develop and lead production supervisors and operators.
Ensure statutory and environmental compliance.





Qualification

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Production Engineering.

8–15 years of foundry experience, including managerial experience.
