Key Responsibilities
Make outbound telecalling to prospective and existing customers.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into business prospects.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
Ability to interact confidently with customers over the phone and in person.
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude, persuasive skills, and willingness to learn.
