About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Ads Specialist who has hands-on experience in running paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be proactive, data-driven, comfortable working with AI tools, and always updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform changes.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, lead generation, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
A/B test ad creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
Stay updated with the latest changes in Meta Ads, Google Ads, AI tools, and digital marketing trends.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, Midjourney, or similar platforms to improve campaign planning, ad copy, and creative ideation.




Track budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within allocated spending.
Identify new growth opportunities and suggest cutting-edge advertising strategies.

Requirements
1–2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Robust understanding of campaign objectives, targeting, remarketing, pixels, and conversion tracking.
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite is preferred.
Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and campaign performance.
Knowledge of social media trends, consumer behavior, and performance marketing.
Positive analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
