Job Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable eyewear and sunglasses.
Assist customers with frame styling based on face shape, lifestyle, and fashion trends.
Achieve monthly sales targets through effective selling and upselling.
Explain product features, lens options, pricing, offers, and warranties.
Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness.
Handle billing, inventory, and daily store operations.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Stay updated on the latest eyewear collections and fashion trends.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
0–3 years of experience in retail sales, fashion, eyewear, apparel, jewellery,



or luxury retail.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Passion for fashion and styling.
Basic computer knowledge.
Well-groomed, confident, and target-oriented.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience) + Performance Incentives
