Role & Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily machining operations for VMC machines.
Ensure timely completion of production schedules aligned with customer requirements and dispatch plans.
Optimize machine utilization and effective manpower deployment across all shifts.
Monitor and maintain the availability, condition, and performance of cutting tools and fixtures.
Lead and manage a team of machine operators, setters, and technicians, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Enforce adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and workplace safety protocols.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Proficient in interpreting Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;) and engineering drawings.
Practical experience with aluminum die-cast components,



particularly in managing tight tolerances and post-machining complexities.
Robust leadership qualities with a proven ability to coordinate teams and improve shop floor efficiency.
Familiarity with IATF 16949 quality management systems and automotive industry standards.
Worked with Makino and BFW and Brother machines previously.
Willing to work in all three shifts

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
