Drive candidate outreach through energetic telecalling.
Source and screen talent with precision.
Coordinate and schedule interviews seamlessly.
Achieve recruitment targets while delivering a excellent candidate experience.
Should be able to make 100 calls in a day

1–3 years of recruitment/telecalling experience.
Solid communication & persuasion skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented setting.
Proactive, organized, and relationship-focused.
