About the Role

Hirekarma Private Limited is looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to join the Lighthouse Placement Team for a 3-month internship. The intern will support employer outreach, job sourcing, and placement activities while gaining practical experience in business development, recruitment, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and source job openings through job portals, social media, and employer networks.
Connect with HR professionals and employers to understand hiring requirements.
Assist in employer onboarding and relationship management.
Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, and placement activities.
Maintain records of employers,



job openings, interviews, and candidate placements.
Support the team in achieving placement and employer acquisition goals.

Eligibility
Final-year students or recent graduates from any discipline.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Positive communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
