Job Title: PDF Accessibility Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented PDF Accessibility Specialist to create and remediate PDF documents to meet accessibility standards. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of accessibility guidelines and be willing to work on PDF remediation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Remediate PDF documents to comply with WCAG 2.1, PDF/UA, and Section 508 accessibility standards.

Create accessible tagged PDFs from Word, InDesign, and other source files.

Add proper document structure, headings, lists, tables, alt text, bookmarks, and reading order.

Perform accessibility testing using Adobe Acrobat Pro and screen readers.





Fix accessibility issues and validate documents for compliance.

Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality accessible documents.

Meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of PDF Accessibility concepts.

Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Understanding of WCAG 2.1, PDF/UA, or Section 508 (preferred).

Positive attention to detail and analytical skills.

Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.

Positive written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
