Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Site Coordinator to oversee on-site project execution, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day site activities and monitor project progress.
Plan manpower, materials, and tools required at project sites.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
Ensure work is completed according to quality and safety standards.
Supervise installation and fabrication activities at customer locations.
Prepare daily work reports and submit progress updates.
Resolve in office issues and escalate critical concerns to management.




Verify material availability before dispatch to the site.
Maintain attendance and productivity records of site workers.
Ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
Travel to customer locations whenever required.

Required Skills
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Valuable planning and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Leadership and team management skills.
Willingness to travel for site visits.

Qualification
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any relevant field.
Candidates with experience in signage, fabrication, interior projects, or industrial installations will be preferred.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in site coordination, project execution, or installation supervision.
Freshers with robust coordination and communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
