Assist in preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on drawings and 3d Views and
specifications.
Take off quantities from drawings and specifications and rate analysis.
Support in cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control activities.
Assist in preparation of tender documents and bid analysis.
Track project progress and prepare interim payment applications.
Verify contractor bills and invoices.
Maintain records of variations, changes, and claims.
Coordinate with design, project architect and site teams.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and contract terms.
Support senior QS in all documentation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
