Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive with excellent Hindi communication skills to join our Toyota dealership in Kappalur, Madurai.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Communicate effectively with customers in Hindi and English (Tamil is an added advantage).
Follow up with customer enquiries and service appointments.
Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
Coordinate with the sales and service teams.
Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements




2–4 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or customer relationship management.
Hindi communication is mandatory.
Valuable verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and email).
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace.

Work Location: Toyota Showroom, Kappalur, Madurai
