Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end recruitment for Telesales positions.

· Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

· Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.

· Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

· Ensure daily interview line-ups and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.

· Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to maximize joining ratios.

· Achieve monthly hiring targets within defined timelines.

· Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.

· Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and provide regular hiring updates.

· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.





Required Qualifications

· Graduate / MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field will be an added advantage.

Experience

· 1–3 years of recruitment experience (Bulk Hiring)

· Experience in telesales or volume hiring will be preferred.

Required Skills

· Robust sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Ability to work in a target-driven and rapid-paced environment.

· Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.

Pay: ₹9,446.97 - ₹30,824.62 per month
