Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and preventive maintenance of utility systems (HVAC, boilers, chillers, compressors, etc.).
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Monitor and optimize utility system performance and energy efficiency.
Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Document maintenance activities and generate performance reports.
Collaborate with production teams and external contractors for repairs or upgrades.
Skills and Qualifications
Technical: Experience with utility systems (HVAC, boilers, chillers, compressors), MEP systems, and basic automation (PLCs).
Education: Diploma/degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
