Architect (Residential Builder Floors)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

About Us

We are an established construction company with over 30 years of experience, specializing in premium furnished builder floors. We are looking for an in-house Architect who can contribute to both architectural planning and interior design to help create unique residential projects.

Responsibilities
Design residential builder floor projects from concept to execution.
Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction drawings.
Develop functional interior layouts, material selections, and design concepts.
Create 2D drawings and 3D visualizations.
Coordinate with site engineers and contractors during project execution.
Conduct site visits to ensure designs are executed accurately.





Requirements
B.Arch. degree.
0–5 years of experience in residential architecture.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or similar software.
Positive understanding of interior design, space planning, and construction drawings.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
