Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement engaging classroom activities and lesson plans.
Monitor and assess children's academic and social development.
Maintain student progress records and reports.
Supervise assistant teachers and classroom aides.
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning setting.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
Support children's overall physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
Minimum 2 years experience as a Lead Teacher / Head Teacher in preschool.
Robust communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.
Patient, creative, and passionate about working with young children.
