Core Responsibilities
Team Coaching: Train current hires, mentor staff, and provide daily guidance to improve sales skills.
Goal Setting: Establish short-term and long-term targets for individuals and the overall group.
Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data, track pipelines, and report progress to senior management.
Deal Support: Assist representatives in closing tough deals and resolve complex customer issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience, including prior leadership or mentoring roles.
Communication: Solid interpersonal, negotiation, and motivational abilities.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce or Microsoft Office.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
