Primary Responsibilities:
Design and refine visual content such as maps, charts, and graphs to effectively convey data insights.
Transform both quantitative and qualitative analyses into engaging visuals that highlight key findings.
Provide expert visual, technical, and editorial guidance to enhance the presentation of data.
Collaborate with business teams to produce tailored reports, briefs, and visual data content that meet specific needs.
Deliver high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines in a quick-paced setting.
Conduct training for business teams on fundamental data visualization techniques to empower their capabilities.

Qualifications:
Experience: At least three years of hands-on experience in data visualization, with a solid focus on Tableau and Power BI.
Visualization Expertise: Proficient in a wide range of charting and visualization methods.
Analytical Skills: Quick to identify and resolve issues related to data integrity or report structures.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, knowledgeable in DAX, experienced with Power Query for data transformation, and basic programming skills in Python or R.
