Job Responsibilities
Conduct inline, end-line, and final garment inspections.
Monitor stitching, printing, embroidery, finishing, and packing quality.
Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards and AQL requirements.
Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, and Technical teams to achieve "Right First Time" quality.
Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.
Handle buyer inspections and ensure shipment quality approval.
Train production teams on quality standards and best practices.

Eligibility
Graduate/Diploma in Textile, Apparel, Fashion Technology, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in a garment export house.
Sound knowledge of garment construction, measurements, AQL, fabric inspection, and buyer quality requirements.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
