Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily site activities, managing workers, ensuring work is completed safely, and maintaining project quality and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site work and labor activities.
Ensure work is completed as per drawings and project requirements.
Monitor quality of work and maintain safety standards.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors.
Maintain daily work progress reports.
Check material availability and report shortages.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Resolve site-related issues and report to the Project Manager.




Maintain discipline and housekeeping at the site.
Follow company safety and operational guidelines.

Qualification:
Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field).

Experience:
2–3 years of site supervision experience.

Skills:
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of site execution and safety.
Ability to manage workers and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
