Lead and coordinate recent product development activities from concept to mass production.
Review customer drawings and specifications, conduct feasibility studies, and coordinate product development activities.
Assist in the design and development of fasteners and other precision-engineered components.
Plan and implement APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) activities for recent product launches.
Prepare, compile, and submit complete PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation in accordance with customer and industry requirements.
Conduct and maintain PFMEA/DFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, and other core quality documents.
Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify potential risks and implement preventive actions.
Drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and ensure timely closure of Non-Conformities (NCs).
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Tool Room, Purchase, and Design teams to ensure smooth product introduction.




Conduct prototype trials, validation activities, and process capability studies to ensure product performance and manufacturability.
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific quality requirements.
Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding technical queries, sample approvals, and development timelines.
Maintain all NPD documentation, engineering change records, and project status reports.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and cost optimization.
Participate in customer audits and support internal quality improvement activities.
Prepare and present regular project updates to management.
