WE ARE HIRING – EXPERIENCED PLANNING ENGINEER

InoxDesigns is looking for a qualified and experienced Planning Engineer for our ongoing and upcoming civil, interior, façade, structural, and MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of detailed project schedules and execution plans
Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly project progress
Preparation of look-ahead schedules, recovery plans, and progress reports
Coordination with project managers, site engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors
Monitoring manpower, materials, machinery, procurement, billing, and productivity
Reviewing BOQs, drawings, specifications, and contractual milestones
Identifying delays and preparing corrective action plans
Attending progress meetings and preparing management presentations

Primavera P6
Microsoft Project
BIM software
Revit
SketchUp
3D modelling software
AutoCAD 2D and 3D
Navisworks
Microsoft Excel,



Word, and PowerPoint

Qualification and Skills:
Degree or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of relevant planning experience
Solid knowledge of project scheduling, monitoring, and resource planning
Ability to understand architectural, structural, façade, interior, and MEP drawings
Valuable communication, coordination, analytical, and reporting skills
Experience in airport, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, stadium, or infrastructure projects will be preferred
