Role and responsibilities:-
Foster relationships with existing clients, and build a rapport with potential clients
Make reports and documentation based on conversations that took place during tele calling
Report the analysis and observation to the team lead
Adhere to organizational guidelines and methodology while tele calling
Generate sales by making cold calls to active or old clients

Valuable command over English , Hindi & Marathi
Positive knowledge of MS Excel
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
