We are looking for a Hindi-speaking Telecaller Executive to join our company.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound and inbound calls to customers.
Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
Handle customer queries and provide proper support.
Maintain valuable communication and build customer relationships.
Follow up with customers and update call records.
Requirements:
Must have excellent Hindi communication skills.
Good verbal communication in Hindi is required.
Basic English communication skills are enough.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Should have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
