We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing candidates through various job portals, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and maintaining a healthy hiring pipeline. Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for ongoing hiring requirements.




Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Requirements:
6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, or similar platforms.
Basic knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and achieve hiring targets.
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.

Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Graduate preferred)

Pay: ₹450,000.00 per year
