Job Description

We are looking for a Junior HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate offer roll-out, joining formalities, and onboarding activities.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.




Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Qualifications
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.
MBA/BBA in HR is preferred.

Experience
0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
