Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Perinthalmanna
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
Generate recent business opportunities and increase student admissions.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and promotional activities.
Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
Develop business growth strategies and identify recent market opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission and onboarding processes.
Maintain sales reports and CRM records.

Requirements
Must have prior experience in the Education/EdTech sector.
Proven experience in business development, admissions, or institutional sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Target-oriented with strong relationship-building abilities.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA is an added advantage).
