Two-Wheeler Technician – Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance of motorcycles and scooters.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults.
Repair and replace defective parts (engine, brakes, suspension, transmission).
Conduct performance tests after servicing.
Maintain service records and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Skills Required:
Solid knowledge of two-wheeler systems (engine, electrical, fuel injection).
Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Customer interaction and communication skills.
Eligibility:
Typically requires 10th pass with ITI certification in motor mechanics or equivalent.
1–2 years of work experience preferred.
Career Path:
Progression to Lead Technician, Service Supervisor, or Workshop Manager.
