We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our education counselling team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, counselling prospective students, understanding their career goals, and guiding them towards the most suitable educational programs. The role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales skills to convert enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
Handle inbound enquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and referrals.
Qualify leads by understanding students' educational background, career aspirations, and eligibility.
Provide detailed counselling about available courses, certifications, admission procedures, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities.
Build robust relationships with prospective students and parents to establish trust and increase conversion rates.




Consistently follow up with leads throughout the admission cycle until enrolment.
Achieve individual monthly, quarterly, and annual admission and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead statuses in the CRM system.
Coordinate with admissions, operations, and academic teams to ensure a seamless enrolment experience.
Resolve student queries promptly and professionally.
Stay updated on course offerings, market trends, competitor programs, and admission policies.
Generate referrals and maintain high student satisfaction throughout the sales journey.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
