Job Title: Purchase Executive

Job Summary

ModiGold Pipes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Purchase Executive to manage raw material procurement, inventory control, vendor development, and dispatch planning. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in the manufacturing industry, excellent follow-up skills, and proficiency in Advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Procure raw materials as per production requirements.
Manage stock inventory and ensure optimum inventory levels.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new vendors.
Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
Prepare and monitor dispatch plans to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.
Track purchase orders, deliveries, and vendor performance.
Prepare purchase reports, inventory reports, and MIS using Advanced Excel.
Ensure timely follow-ups with vendors to avoid supply delays.
Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.





Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a Purchase Executive role within the Manufacturing Industry.
Strong knowledge of raw material purchasing, inventory management, and vendor development.

Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel* (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS Reports, Data Analysis).
Excellent follow-up, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively across departments and manage multiple priorities.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
