Responsibilities:
Respond to user queries and resolve technical issues via tickets, emails, and chats.
Monitor and update the Help & Support section of the app.
Troubleshoot common app-related problems and escalate complex issues.
Work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolutions.
Maintain logs and reports to track recurring issues and improvements.

What We’re Looking For:
A graduate in IT, Computer Science,



or a related field (freshers welcome).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication skills are needed to assist users effectively.
Basic understanding of mobile apps and troubleshooting.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a quick-paced setting.
