We are seeking a motivated Tele Collection/Email Chat Support representative to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, manage collections, and provide exceptional support through various communication channels.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for collection purposes.
Manage email and chat support for customer inquiries related to collections.
Assist customers in understanding their payment options and account details.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship with clients.
Document all interactions accurately in the company's database.
Resolve issues and complaints in a timely and qualified manner.




Follow up on delinquent accounts and ensure timely payment arrangements.

Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Robust customer service orientation and ability to handle difficult conversations.
Basic understanding of telecommunication systems and CRM software.
Proficient in using email and chat support tools.
