Position: VMC Machinist
Experience: 4–8 Years
Location: Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities
Perform VMC machine setup, operation, and programming.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Develop and modify machining programs using G-code, M-code, and Mastercam.
Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
Independently handle part setup, first-off inspection, and process validation.
Optimize machining processes to improve productivity, quality, and cycle time.
Ensure dimensional accuracy through precision machining and inspection.
Maintain machine performance by following preventive maintenance and safety procedures.




Collaborate with design and production teams to resolve machining challenges.

Required Skills
Robust experience in VMC Machine Setup & Programming
Proficiency in G-code & M-code Programming
Hands-on experience with Mastercam CAM Software added advantage
Knowledge of SolidWorks
Expertise in Precision Machining
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Valuable understanding of machining process optimization and quality standards

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
