Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Plant HR Manager with solid expertise in plant-level human resources management, including Performance Management Systems (PMS), union handling, biometric attendance tracking, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations at the plant, ensuring labor law adherence, employee engagement, and smooth workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management & Workforce Development:
Implement and oversee the Performance Management System (PMS) for plant employees.
Facilitate employee training and skill development programs to enhance workforce efficiency.
Work closely with department heads to drive employee performance and productivity.

Union Handling & Employee Relations:
Manage union negotiations, grievances, and conflict resolution to maintain industrial harmony.
Build robust employee relations and proactively address workforce concerns.
Ensure smooth communication between management and employees to foster a positive work workplace.

Biometric Tracking & Attendance Management:




Oversee biometric attendance tracking and ensure accurate payroll processing.
Monitor workforce attendance and implement policies to reduce absenteeism.
Collaborate with IT and admin teams to maintain and improve attendance tracking systems.

Statutory Compliance & HR Operations:
Ensure adherence to labor laws, industrial regulations, and statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, Factory Act, etc.
Conduct regular compliance audits and liaise with labor authorities as required.
Maintain all HR records, policies, and procedures in accordance with legal and company standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in plant HR, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial setup.
Strong knowledge of PMS, labor laws, union negotiations, and compliance management.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic and labor-intensive environment.
