Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and toiletries.
Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and sanitize bathrooms.
Replenish room amenities, drinking water, and guest supplies.
Clean corridors, elevators, lobbies, and other public areas as assigned.
Report maintenance issues, lost-and-found items, and safety hazards to the supervisor.
Ensure housekeeping carts and storage areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Handle guest requests promptly and courteously.
Follow health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times.
Maintain confidentiality and respect guests' privacy.
Assist with deep cleaning and special housekeeping projects when required.
Knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
