Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard warehouse partners pan india.
Generate warehouse leads through brokers, referrals, field visits, and networking, and LinkedIn harvesting.
Build and maintain relationships with warehouse owners and logistics partners.
Conduct warehouse site visits and assess suitability based on business requirements.
Negotiate commercials, rental terms, and partnership agreements.
Coordinate with Operations, Legal, Finance, and Procurement for smooth onboarding.
Maintain warehouse data, market intelligence, and pricing information.
Update CRM with leads, meetings, site visits, and partnership status.
Prepare weekly reports on pipeline, conversions, and business performance.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, and Basic Formulas).




Ability to prepare MIS reports, analyze data, and maintain trackers.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Warehouse Leasing, 3PL, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
Experience in warehouse acquisition or industrial real estate is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
