Key Responsibilities:
Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for VMC and CNC Turning machines.
Independently set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines during production.
Read engineering drawings and select appropriate tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
Ensure dimensional accuracy through first-piece and in-process inspections.
Optimize cycle times, improve productivity, and reduce rejections.
Perform routine machine maintenance and follow safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
ITI/Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
3–8 years of experience in CNC programming and machine operation.
Hands-on experience with both VMC and CNC Turning* machines.
Positive understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T;, and precision measuring instruments.
Salary:
As per Industry standards and past relevant experience.
