Lead the company's overall financial strategy and long-term planning.
Drive end-to-end IPO readiness and work closely with merchant bankers, legal advisors, auditors, registrars, and other advisors.
Build and maintain listed-company standards of governance, compliance, and financial reporting.
Oversee budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, treasury, taxation, cash flow, and working capital management.
Strengthen internal financial controls, risk management, and corporate governance frameworks.
Develop solid relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, rating agencies, and other stakeholders.
Lead fundraising initiatives, including equity, debt, and strategic investments.
Present financial performance and strategic insights to the Board of Directors and senior leadership.
Drive ERP, financial systems, automation, and digital transformation initiatives within the finance function.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
