Job Description – Export Dispatch Executive

Key Responsibilities:
3+ years experience in TLT & Fabrication must.
Track and monitor daily export shipments to ensure timely dispatch.
Maintain project-wise dispatch status and shipment records.
Update and maintain dispatch tracking sheets for all export consignments.
Work on ERP systems to manage dispatch transactions, inventory updates, and shipment documentation.
Prepare packing lists and related export documents for customer customs clearance.
Coordinate with production, stores, logistics, and freight forwarders for smooth dispatch execution.
Ensure shipment documents are accurate and comply with customer and export requirements.
Monitor dispatch schedules and follow up to meet committed delivery timelines.
Generate daily,



weekly, and monthly dispatch reports for management.
Resolve dispatch-related issues by coordinating with internal teams and customers.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
