We're looking for a Process Consultant with 1.5+ years of experience in Process Consulting, Business Process Transformation, Finance Transformation, or Operational Excellence to join our Intelligent Automation team.

What You'll Do
Lead process discovery workshops and analyze AS-IS business processes.
Design TO-BE processes focused on efficiency, scalability, and automation readiness.
Identify prospects for RPA, AI, Process Mining, and Digital Transformation.
Assess solution feasibility and develop business cases for automation initiatives.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Automation Developers, and business stakeholders to deliver transformation solutions.

What We're Looking For
1.5+ years of experience in Process Consulting or Finance Transformation.
Solid understanding of BPM, Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies.
Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, Signavio,



Bizagi, Lucidchart, or ARIS.
Knowledge of RPA (UiPath, Power Automate), AI, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and Process Mining.
Exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or Workday is an advantage.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, client-facing, and communication skills.

Preferred Background

Candidates from consulting firms (Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG, Accenture, IBM Consulting, Capgemini, Genpact, Cognizant) or Finance Transformation teams are highly preferred.
