We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Receptionist to manage the front desk at our diagnostic laboratory.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and guide patients and visitors.
Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling.
Manage front desk operations and answer phone calls.
Coordinate with laboratory staff for smooth patient flow.
Maintain patient records and billing details accurately.
Provide excellent customer service and assist with patient inquiry.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Any Degree
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced healthcare workplace.
Prior experience in a hospital or diagnostic laboratory is preferred, but freshers may also apply.
Willing to work in all shifts, including night shifts.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
