Technical Accounting/Bookkeeping skills – Australian KPO experience is preferredn
Spoken and written English communication skills are preferredn
Prior experience of voice calls with foreign clients is an advantage but not necessaryn

Roles and Responsibilities:

n
n
Reconciling and allocating day to day bank transactionsn
Processing accounts receivable (sales) / and accounts payable (bills)n
Organising and processing payroll in an accurate and timely mannern
Coordinating with foreign clients and third parties such as suppliers and customers through phone calls and emails as and when the need arisesn
Creating and posting month end journalsn
Undertaking month-end close and reviewn
Monthly reviews, and the generation of monthly reports and financial statements for clientsn
Onboarding recent clients,



including scoping the requirements and creating process documentation so that the client can be handed over to other staffn

Communication & other Skills:

Confidence to communicate directly with Australian clients over email and telephone is an advantagen
High degree of accuracy and attention to detailn
Customer service driven (you think of solutions to problems)n
Experience with popular software used for Australian bookkeeping, specifically XERO, MYOB, NetSuite and/or QuickBooks Onlinen

Academic Qualifications and experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountingn
CA/CS/ICWA Dropoutsn
CA/CS/ICWA Qualifiedn
Mandatory - candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in Australian Accounting Domain in a KPO based role.n

Timings: Monday to Friday - 7:30 AM start - 8.5 hours
