Network Engineer - Sanand, Ahmedabad

Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/BE/B Tech, BSC IT or a related field • CCNA is must

Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a network administration role Previous experience with Cisco/HP/Juniper switches, routers and enterprise telephony is preferred
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts
Proven network engineering, network operations, and network performance analysis skills
Hands-on technical troubleshooting capabilities
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
Knowledge of computing infrastructures
Familiarity with network management and monitoring tools
Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Robust interpersonal skills to assist non-technical individuals with complex technical issues

Job Description:




Assist in network design and implementation.
Provide network support across all locations.
Install, configure and support network (wired and wireless) and telecom (PBX/CUCM) equipment.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, service provides, internal and external stakeholders.
Provide network support to users.
Deploy security improvements and system upgrades under guidance of seniors and security team.
Monitor network (wired and wireless) to ensure optimal performance.
Create and maintain network users/permissions.
Support users and infrastructure to minimize user impact.
Create technical support documentation.
